-Additional costs for shareholders could include golf cart fuel, electricity (as mentioned in the House rules below) and extra daily house servicing;
-Special levies will be requested if extra maintenance needs to be done, the cost of which will be discussed at an AGM, before it is undertaken.

House rules:
-The property cannot be used as security for a loan;
-If you break it, you pay it;
-All TVs and DSTV must be disconnected when shareholder leave, to protect against lightning;
-The golf carts must be cleaned when used and filled with fuel, when shareholder leaves;
-There is an AGM at least once a year but usually there is a meeting if any significant expense needs to be incurred for repair or replacement;
-Shareholders must approve new owners;
-Electricity is pre-loaded on a 3-phase energy meter before shareholders arrive. This is enough for a week in the summer. In wintertime the shareholder can use the underfloor heating, but the cost of the electricity is for their own account. Gas for the fireplaces is included.

Shareholders certificate:
-Shareholder certificate will be issued upon confirmation of payment, and completion and signature of the relevant share transfer documents;
-Transfer cost of approximately R1250.
