LOCATION:
Approximately 27km from Dullstroom, with 22km on the Tonteldoos gravel road, 3km on the Laersdrift gravel road and 2km on a servitude road to the entrance of this property. The trip from Dullstroom will take you approximately 50 minutes.
Access via high rise vehicles are essential, but 4 x 4 vehicles are highly recommended, as the farm road descends into a valley and can get muddy at times.

-Borehole with an electric pump feeds water to a 5000 lt storage tank, used to supply both the farmhouse and the managers house;

-An additional small dam is used for irrigation;
