Property Management & Rental
There are a few management and cleaning operations in and around Dullstroom. As many properties are rented for tourism accommodation, many owners rely on these services to ensure that their properties are managed, cleaned and maintained to ensure repeat business and excellent investment income.
The services are varied and costs are packaged according to services offered. Charges depend on how many rooms the property has, size of property, how many guests per stay etc.
Your property manager can call in the experts should a maintenance issue pop up, they will liaise with the tourism rental agencies when bookings are confirmed, ensure that cleaning and garden services are timely and efficient and that the small details such as ‘chocolates on the pillow’ are not forgotten about. It does come at a cost, however when your guests keep coming back and your income grows every month, this service is invaluable. If you live afar, this is essential to give you peace of mind. An added bonus is that when you want to utilise your property for a holiday for yourself, you can block off the dates in advance and then use it at your own leisure.

Permanent Rental
As Dullstroom is a tourist destination and many homeowners choose to target their rentals to guest accommodation, there is a lack of permanent accommodation available to rental tenants. This is also an option to consider, the income is less, however there is no capital outlay to furnish the property and income is guaranteed over the period of the lease.
